By booking or participating in sessions, workshops, or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services: KEMIA Bodywork provides holistic bodywork and energy practices that are supportive, educational, and experiential. These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.

Refund, Reschedule & Transfer Policy

Payments for all sessions and programs are non-refundable.

Each booking includes a maximum of one (1) reschedule, which must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via the booking page on my website or by WhatsApp. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.

Sessions are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift or transfer your session to someone else. Transferred sessions must be used within 2 weeks of the original appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded.

Consent & Boundaries: All sessions require signed consent forms and agreed-upon boundaries. Sessions are strictly therapeutic.

Liability: KEMIA Bodywork and its practitioners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation in sessions, workshops, or use of this website.

Updates: KEMIA Bodywork reserves the right to update these terms and policies as needed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
