Hi, I’m Solarah.
I help people return to wholeness through holistic bodywork, specializing in Holistic Pelvic Care.
I blend modalities such as Holistic Pelvic Care Therapy, Applied Sexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Chinese Medicine, Thai Massage, Tantra, Myofascial Release supporting the body, emotions and energy as an interconnected whole.
Since 2023, I have been in advanced training and mentorship with Martin Beaudoin, a leading innovator in Pelvic Care Therapy and Applied Sexology. His protocols have reshaped pelvic care worldwide and studying with him has deeply enriched my work. In my sessions, I integrate Beaudoin’s method with over a decade of my experience creating a comprehensive and intuitive approach tailored to each client.I am also honored to be one of Martin’s advanced students and a faculty member at Beaudoin Bodywork, where I teach the foundational Level One course.
I am Egyptian-British, based in Indonesia, and I travel often to offer sessions, trainings and retreats worldwide bringing my work globally.
When I was living in Egypt, I founded and ran a Yoga studio and spent five years teaching Yoga, Aerial Hammock Yoga, AcroYoga and Thai Massage, which gave me a deep appreciation for movement and the mind-body connection.
My foundation is in Thai Massage, it is the first bodywork modality I learned and the one that shaped my hands.
Training with Raghu, founder of the IMOSHA School, gave me a deep grounding in the energy lines, therapeutic intuition and the spiritual heart of Thai bodywork: Metta (loving-kindness), Karuna (compassion), Mudita (joy), and Upekkha (equanimity).
Everything I’ve learned since has been built on that ground. I am also certified from IMOSHA in Guasa, Toksen, and Japsen modalities.
I trained directly with Ma Ananda Sarita, one of the world’s most renowned Tantra teachers. One of my immersions with her was a month-long Mystic Tantra Massage Practitioner training, where I studied Taoist Tantra Massage, Kashmiri Tantra Massage, Inner Alchemy Tantra Massage and Lasya. All of these massages are part of my KEMIA SENSE offering.
I am trained as a Menstrual Cycle Coach and Fertility Educator. I love helping people heal their period pains and live in tune with their natural cycles. I have been offering online coaching since 2020 and created two online courses for menstrual health and cyclical living available in English and Arabic.
I was an AcroYoga International teacher with hundreds of hours of practice and teaching experience across teacher trainings and workshops worldwide. This was a path that deepened my understanding of body mechanics, trust, communication and co-regulation and now I am a retired Acroyogi and I just do it for fun!
Part of my approach includes Womb Healing Shamanism, drawing on womb regression, ancestral healing and epigenetic therapy to gently clear gestational trauma and support soulful transformation. I had the privilege of studying for three years under Rah Busby, a Womb Healer from South Africa whose deep wisdom, integrity and lineage continue to shape the depth of my work.
For me, touch isn’t just a technique. It is our vessel’s first love language.
It communicates safety, care and love.

I had an unforgettable journey with Solarah during my private 5-day CELLULAR UPGRADE retreat. She took me through a deep jungle of self-neglect, doubts, anger, fears, and traumas. I had a beautiful experience receiving two massages from Solarah, Taoist and Kashmiri. Both were truly amazing and very different. Kashmiri was my favorite, it’s very gentle and you feel like a little toddler in the beginning where she holds you and cradles you and then it’s like a whole body experience channeling the energy all over the body.
