Sessions & Packages

Single Session: $300 USD

3 Sessions Package: $800 USD
Valid for 1 month

6 Sessions Package: $1,500 USD
Valid for 2 months

9 Sessions Package: $2,400 USD
Valid for 3 months

Home visits: +$50 USD per visit
and is depending on location and availability.


If you want to extend the package's validity period
it can be arranged for an additional fee.


Birth & Labor Support

All packages include the option of complimentary birth attendance, where I can join you during labor and birth to offer hands-on therapeutic support as a pelvic floor therapist and birth assistant.

This is a beautiful opportunity to bring our work together into your birthing experience, offering physical support, comfort, and therapeutic care alongside your primary birth team.

Please note that this is not a substitute for a primary doula.

Full Doula Care & Extended Support

For mamas seeking more continuous care, I also offer full doula services, either independently or combined with pelvic floor therapy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery.

Extended care journeys of 6–9 months are available for those wishing to receive ongoing support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
